Post Workout Recovery Drink

JMCIII – Glad you got a lot of assistance on the recovery drink question but I’m going to put my 2 cent spin on it. I think it is the best supplement BB makes and sells and they are all right, it is fitness crack but it’s 210 calories. So if you are trying to lose weight and are cutting calories (ie calorie deficit) maybe you should hold off on the recovery drink until you hit your target weight. If building muscle and losing body fat is your desired outcome I would use the drink. It is awesome and does help in recovery! That’s my 2 cents. I’m off to do 20 min Turbo Jam and Ab Jam.
