Recovering from an Injury

Hey Gypsy,

Bummer but you have the right attitude. Take it one day at a time and you be the judge to how much you can or can’t do. You don’t want to rush back too soon and get re-injured all over again. Make sure you ice it (20 min on, 20 min off) and try and keep it stretched. You’ll be back before you know it. Like you said….one day at a time.
