Welcome aboard! 1) There is nothing wrong with you when it comes to getting started. It’s better to wait till you’re ready. 2) Have you done a beachbody program before and if so what? 3) When it comes to getting started with P90X (I hope you don’t mind me giving some advice) Watch the intro video and read all they sent you mainly the first 1/3 of the diet and workout book. Then pick a start date. Go into WOWY and schedule your workouts and the time you plan on pushing play. Invite workout buddies to join you or see who is scheduled to workout with you at the same time. This will help also with your accountability and your motivation to get moving because others are waiting for you.
I believe in Beachbody’s motto and it’s very simple. Decide. Commit. Succeed. You’ve already decided to do P90X because you shelled out $120 bucks for it. Now decide when you are going to start. Commit to that start date, commit to yourself and commit to us that you are going to do your best and bring it and push play each day you have a scheduled work out. And commit to WOWY. Succeed. Set goals for 30, 60 and 90 days and take pictures to help measure your progress.
You’re on the right path. You reached out for help to get you going. First step pick a start date that fits your schedule. Then make it a priority.
