P90X Diet – 3 Bean Salad

This is a simple and easy recipe to make at home that delivers the ABS DIET POWER foods (B for Beans) and will help you create a tasty side dish while working on your P90X Transformation and Results.  You can eat this with Lunch, dinner or bring as a dish to pass at a picnic or family gathering.

Ingrediants:

  • 1 Can Kidney Beans
  • 1 Can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 Can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt, Garlic Salt, Pepper for taste
