So here’s my game plan just for all to know. I’ve been doing Turbo Jam this summer due to 1) explore other programs 2) time is summer is tough and TJ is quick and fun.
So for month of August I’m going to finish my Advanced Turbo Jam and maybe throw in some additional Hip Hop Abs but the key for me is eating right. Come September I’m back into P90X so by Halloween I should have completed my first two phases of P90X. And eating right. I plan on doing a 1800 to 2000 calorie diet, 15/21 meal plan if not better. So let’s do this!
