Motivateing and Challenging Americans to Become Healthier

quote: The sad thing Joey is that most Americans I don’t think want to improve themselves and reading articles like these doesn’t challenge them, just gets them down on themselves.

Jeff, I agree with you about how you leading by example and changing your habits will make others evaluate themselves and want to change. But I truly and deeply believe most, if not all, Americans DO want to improve themselves and DO want to make changes. They just aren’t sure how. And maybe their initial reaction will be self doubt and some depression if they read the articles above but if we (you, me and everyone on this thread and keep doing what you said and make changes and lead, other will follow. Everyone wants to change, everyone wants to be better. This company is an example of it. No one likes being on 10 different medications for diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, etc. But those people haven’t found us yet and they will. They don’t know how to change and how to eat better. And maybe those articles will be that light switch, or maybe it will be a HHA informercial or and MDB business card from a friend or family member. We just have to keep doing what we’re doing and we can help to get Americans back into shape.

That’s my idea anyways.
